Dog Welfare : Please remember that, in hot weather, beaches may not be the
ideal place to take your dog.
Due to the lack of shade or inadequate fresh
water, your dog may suffer from heat-related problems.
If you are concerned
about any dog welfare issue, such as a dog left in a car during hot weather,
please contact the RSPCA on 08705 555999 (24hr service at BT local call rates)

Surrounded by a recently designated World Heritage Site, the cottage and house sit on a plot of approximately
¾ acre. The cottage was completely re-built from an out-building which was demolished around 2005. The main house was built the following year and both were sold to us in April 2007. In June 2007 the cottage was made available for holiday lets and proved very popular as it was fully booked throughout that year. Likewise 2008 was a full season including Christmas week. 2009, despite the poor summer in south Cornwall, has fared reasonably well although 2 high season weeks weren't booked and there were also two cancellations; something anticipated as a result of the country's financial insecurity. However this gave a breathing space for some renovations.
