Well behaved dogs are accepted if notified and agreed at the time of booking. Number of dogs limited on discussion with owner. (A charge of £30 will be made as deposit on arrival and will be refunded after departure and following satisfactory inspection of the property - see terms and conditions). No bitches in season, no incontinent dogs and no puppies accepted. Dogs must not be left alone at any time in the property. (breach of terms and conditions will result in immediate termination of rental.
There is an extra charge for utilities.
£25 per week mid-September - mid-May and
£15 per week from mid-May to mid-September
Regretfully no smokers and no children under 13.
There is a raised lawn with an approx 1 metre/3 feetdrop
The properties are surrounded by a dry stone wall which varies in height from 75cm/18" to 125cm /4 feet with a drop over the top to the outside anything up to 2 metres. Being a rural area there is varying wildlife including rabbits and foxes. Horses are kept in neighbouring fields so it is advised that Hunting/Pointing/Retrieving dogs should be on leads, It is a legal requirement in the UK for all dogs to carry third party liability insurance as dog owners could be liable for any damage caused by their dogs.
There is a small enclosed area to the side of the property with a portable kennel for (non-jumping) dogs' security.
